Lifetime Warranty

Our intention is to get your fixed product back to you within a few wags of a doggie’s tail. Here’s the scoop on our warranty. We know accidents happen, so there’s no need to give us a story about fire breathing dragons or how aliens pawned your missing brass studs and crystals. If your leash or collar is broken, we’ve got your back. What we can fix at no cost are things like a hardware failure, rivet falling off, missing stones or studs. Even if you need an extra hole, we got ya dawg. We understand that a dog can be a dog. We also understand dogs will decide what they want for a chew toy. Something like that we can’t cover under our lifetime warranty. Chemical reactions is another thing we can’t cover, some flea and tick treatments and insect repellents can react to BioThane and some leathers. Although this is rare in leathers, we ask that you take precaution, especially with the BioThane products. Here’s the bottom line, we really want to honor a lifetime warranty. If something happens, send us an email, send us a picture. If we can make it right, we will.
